To improve the health and well-being of older adults by enhancing the competencies of health professionals from a variety of disciplines through evidence-based geriatric training, empowering patients, care-givers and families, engaging community partners and integrating geriatrics into primary care.

To build an interprofessional collaborative community of learning and practice by fostering campus-community relationships partnerships to meet the needs of older adults.
